Just beautiful. England, Scotland, Wales and England.

You could include Cornwall too, instead of second England. And no Ireland, I see.

I just wanted to use these because they have similar color scheme and same charges, the lions. And Cornwall is part of England.

I know, Wales isn't, but Cornwall is. I just... Liked so much Ducal Coat of Arms of Cornwall: [link] (here's Flag, but it looks the same) and would like to see it instead of second England, but whatever.

You see when there's a possiblity to evade duplication I like to do it. CoA is very nice nonetheless, for Great Britain without Ireland and Northern Ireland, which I think was your main idea behind it.

The real coat of arms has the same duplication, to signify English dominance or some such I believe (could be wrong)

It's nothing to do with dominance. When in England, the flag has two English quarters. When in Scotland, the flag has two Scottish quarters. As a result, there are two official coats of arms for the United Kingdom (or in this case, Britain).
